摘 要:依托天津外环河500 m^3/d人工快渗污水处理工程,在混凝沉淀段开展了低强度超声波强化混凝除藻技术的中试应用试验。试验结果表明,采用频率为80 kHz且功率小于90 W的低强度超声波对混凝沉淀工艺除藻效果的提升作用显著,其中藻细胞去除率可提高18. 52%~20. 32%,浊度去除率可提高9. 27%~21. 60%;超声波发生器最佳功率为60 W,最佳放置位置为絮凝池前端。试验结论为低强度超声波强化混凝除藻技术的工程应用提供参考。On the basis of the 500 m^3/d sewage treatment project of constructed rapid infiltration(CRI)of the Tianjin outer ring river,the experiment of low-intensity ultrasonic enhanced coagulant technology for removing algae was carried out in the coagulant sedimentation section.The experimental results show that the effect of removing algae of coagulation sedimentation is significantly increased under the 80 kHz frequency and less than 90 W power of low-intensity ultrasonic.The removal rate of algae cells can be increased by 18.52%~20.32%,and turbidity removal rate can be increased by 9.27%~21.60%.The optimal power of the ultrasonic generator is 60 W,and the optimal location is the front of flocculation pool.This experiment has provided a reference for the engineering application of the low-intensity ultrasonic enhanced coagulant technology for removing algae.
