摘  要:针对沈625块孔隙度低,水驱效果不佳难题开展研究,取得了良好效果,但该技术存在管柱和套管腐蚀速率过快问题。针对此问题,钻采院工具所与沈阳采油厂联合攻关,设计了非烃类气驱工艺技术管柱,提出了注空气封隔器和防腐短节,完善了非烃类气驱工艺技术。Aiming at the problem of low porosity and poor water flooding effect in Shen 625 block,Shenyang Oil Production Plant has carried out research and achieved good results,but the technology has the problem of too fast corrosion rate of pipe string and casing.Aiming at this problem,the Institute of Drilling and Production Tools and Shenyang Oil Production Plant jointly tackle key problems.Non-hydrocarbon gas drive technology string was designed,air packer and anti-corrosion joint were put forward,and non-hydrocarbon gas drive technology was improved.
