摘　　要：在知识经济时代下,核心技术水平的提升对各行各业的发展起决定性作用,同时也关系人民群众的收入水平。本文以黑龙江省哈尔滨市为例,探讨哈尔滨市农业科技发展对农村居民收入的影响,首先介绍了哈尔滨市的农业科技发展状况,进而探讨其对农村居民生产力、地区产业结构、农产品产量等各个方面产生的影响。在此基础上,提出相关建议,以期促进哈尔滨市农业科技进步,带动地方农村居民增收。In the era of knowledge economy, the improvement of core technology level plays a decisive role in the development of all walks of life, but also relates to the income level of the people. Taking Harbin City in Heilongjiang Province as an example, this paper discusses the impact of agricultural science and technology development on rural residents’ income. Firstly, it introduces the status of agricultural science and technology development in Harbin, and then discusses its impact on rural residents’ productivity, regional industrial structure, agricultural product output and other aspects. On this basis, relevant suggestions are put forward in order to promote the progress of agricultural science and technology in Harbin and promote the income of local rural residents.
