摘　　要：节水型社会建设试点后评价对于总结试点经验、全面推进节水型社会建设具有重要的作用。利用基于AHP的模糊综合评价法对海南省海口市节水型社会建设试点进行后评价。评价结果表明,海口市通过近3年的节水型社会试点建设,节水型社会仍处于初级阶段,其中农业节水和非常规水源利用没有完全到位,节水管理改革有待深入,后期还有大量的工作要做。The post evaluation of the pilot project in water-saving society establishment plays an important role in summing up the experience and comprehensively promoting the establishment of water-saving society.The post evaluation of water-saving society establishment in Haikou City,Hainan Province,which is based on AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The result demonstrates that the water-saving society establishment in Haikou City is still in the primary stage after three years of experiments.There are several existing problems:the agricultural water conservation and the utilization of unconventional water resources are insufficient,and the water management needs to be further reform.Therefore,there will be plenty of relevant work to be accomplished in the future.
