摘 要:本研究基于福建省大学生就业的专题问卷调查数据,对女大学生择业质量的社会性别机制进行重新审视。结果发现,传统性别隔离、被动性别定位、自我性别意识对不同性别大学生的择业质量的影响既有相同之处也存在显著差异。性别歧视对男、女两性大学生的择业质量均产生抑制作用;性别观念是导致女大学生们择业质量不高的重要个人因素,但男大学生的择业质量却几乎不为其所影响;择业质量随着女大学生就业信心的增加呈现倒U型的非线性变化,而就业信心与男大学生的择业质量则不存在倒U型关系模式。Using the data from questionnaire investigation about female college students'employment,the paper examines the gender mechanism which is influencing graduates'employment quality.The results showed that there are both similarities and differences,about the influence of the traditional gender segregation,passive gender orientation and self-gender consciousness on the graduates'employment quality.Gender discrimination has negative impact on both male and female college students'employment quality.Although gender concept is an important factor that leads to the low employment quality of female college students,it almost has no influence on the employment quality of male college students.With the increase of employment confidence,the employment quality of female college students presents a nonlinear change of inverted U type,while the employment confidence and the male college students'employment quality does not exist in the mode of inverted U type.
