摘　　要：霸权稳定论与等级制理论是目前国际关系领域中两大具有重要影响的理论,两者既有相同点也有不同点,其相同点主要表现在:两种理论都存在不平等和不对称获益,都以成本-收益为分析方法,都强调武力和合法性因素。其不同点主要表现为:(1)前者以无政府状态为假设前提,强调权力的分配;后者以等级秩序为基本依据,注重权威的建设。(2)前者以霸主的优势供给维持国际体系的稳定;后者注重主导国与附属国之间的合法性认同。(3)前者最终霸主受损而其他国家受益;后者强调行为体双方获益。(4)前者建立的是世界性范围的霸权;后者寻求的是无限定性范围的主导。但两种理论作为分析国际社会现象的不同视角并不能完全剥离开来,而是互相渗透,相互补充。Hegemonic stability theory and hierarchy are two influential theories in international relation theory by far.They have something in common,but also are different.The same point are:The two theories are Inequality and exist asymmetric benefits;they both analyze the behavior of actors in the way of cost-benefit;and they emphasize the factors of power and legality.Then the difference are:1)Hegemonic stability theory is on the premise of anarchy,and trapping in a battle for supremacy once and once again;while the hierarchy base on hierarchical order,states pay attention to the construction of the authority.2)the hegemony sustain the stability of international system by providing public goods;however,hierarchy focus on authority between the dominate states and the subordinate states.3)In the former theory,hegemony gets damaged,while other states get benefit;but in the latter theory,it forms a win-win bilateral tie.4)in Hegemonic stability theory,the hegemony chase for global powers,shaping a multilateral relation with other countries;while in hierarchy,the dominate states pursue the powers without a limited scopes,resulting a bilateral ties with subordinate states.Even so,hegemonic stability theory and hierarchy can’t be separated,they are interpenetrated,complemented each other,and in some way,when hierarchy achieved a bigger scale,it becoming hegemony.
