天芎止晕汤联合蜡疗电针治疗颈性眩晕临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟天芎止晕汤联合电针蜡疗治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将102例颈性眩晕患者随机分为两组各51例,对照组采用电针蜡疗法,治疗组在对照组治疗基础加用自拟天芎止晕汤加减,10天为1个疗程。疗程结束后对两组的临床治疗效果进行分析与评定。结果:从ADL、NDI及VAS评分比较,对照组总有效率82.35%,治疗组总有效率98.04%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:自拟天芎止晕汤配合电针蜡疗治疗颈性眩晕疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of self-made Tianqiong Zhiyun decoction combined with electroacupuncture wax therapy on cervical vertigo. Methods:102 cases of patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into two groups,51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with electroacupuncture wax therapy,while the treatment group was treated with self-made modified Tianqiong Zhiyun decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of two groups were analyzed and evaluated.Results:Compared the scores of ADL,NDI and VAS,the total effective rate of the control group was 82.35%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.04%. The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of self-made Tianqiong Zhiyun decoction combined with electroacupuncture wax therapy on cervical vertigo is significant.
