摘　　要：垂直整合策略已成为企业整合渠道资源和优化产业结构的重要竞争性战略决策。本文以纵向质量差异化模型为研究框架,考察连续双寡头纵向市场结构中质量差异化厂商在实施不同市场圈定策略前后的变化。研究结果表明,在低质量厂商进行垂直整合的情况下,任何一方的质量提升均会降低其竞争对手的创新激励;高、低质量厂商的垂直整合策略能够消除双重加价效应,降低最终产品价格,并将这种成本节约传递给消费者。对于下游两家高、低质量厂商而言,垂直整合策略下的市场销量和利润收益均有所提高,其中完全纵向市场圈定下的市场销量明显高于部分纵向市场圈定策略下的市场销量;部分纵向市场圈定策略下的厂商利润高于完全纵向市场圈定策略下的厂商利润。The vertical integration strategy has become an important competitive strategic decision for enterprises to integrate channel resources and optimize industrial structure.In this paper,the vertical quality differentiation model is used as the research framework to investigate the changes of different quality enterprises in the vertical market structure of continuous oligopoly under the implementation of different market foreclosure strategies.The results show that,under the vertical integration of low quality enterprises,the quality promotion of any party will reduce the innovation incentive of its competitors;secondly,the vertical integration strategy of high and low quality firms can eliminate the double marginalization effect,reduce the final product price,and pass the cost savings to consumers.For both high and low quality enterprises,the market sales and profits of the vertical integration strategy are improved,in which the market sales under the complete vertical market foreclosure are obviously higher than those under the partial vertical market foreclosure strategy,and the profits of the enterprises under the strategy of vertical market foreclosure is higher than that of the complete vertical market foreclosure.
