长江经济带金融集聚、区域创新与生态效率的空间耦合协调发展研究

摘　　要：提高生态效率是实现绿色发展的重要途径,同时我国大力倡导的可持续发展也对生态效率提出了更高的要求。本文选取2007～2017年长江经济带的相关数据,利用区位熵和熵权法测算金融集聚和生态效率,并将空间权重加入到耦合协调模型中,对长江经济带的金融集聚——区域创新——生态效率耦合协调度进行测算。研究表明,长江经济带的系统耦合协调发展在波动中不断演进且可以分为两个发展阶段,以及长江经济带不同地区存在不同的发展模式,可以分为子系统发展均衡且高度发展型、创新滞后型、生态滞后型以及金融集聚滞后型4种模式。据此,提出了有针对性的政策建议,为进一步推动长江经济带系统的耦合协调发展提供决策支持。The improvement of ecological efficiency is an important way to achieve green development.Meanwhile,the sustainable development advocated by China also puts forward higher requirements for ecological efficiency.The paper selects the relevant data of Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2007 to 2017,and uses location entropy and entropy weight method to measure the financial agglomeration and ecological efficiency.In addition,the spatial weights are added to the coupling coordination model to measure the coupling coordination degree of financial agglomeration-regional innovation-ecological efficiency of Yangtze River Economic Belt.The results show:the system coupling coordination development of Yangtze River Economic Belt is evolving in waves and it can be divided into two stages;the development of Yangtze River Economic Belt in different areas has different patterns,and it can be divided into four patterns:balanced and highly developed,innovation lagged,ecology lagged and financial agglomeration lagged.Accordingly,the paper puts forward some pertinent policy suggestions,and provides decision support for further promoting the coupling and coordinated development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt system.
