朝韩关系进展对朝鲜半岛局势的影响及中国战略考量

摘　　要：2018年,朝韩关系发展牵引了朝鲜半岛局势转圜,原本处于战争边缘的半岛局势进入新一轮外交斡旋期。从目前来看,尽管朝韩双边关系发展仍面临无核化、国际制裁等棘手问题,但双方合作意愿比较强烈,且有一定的战略互补性,因此,朝韩关系在今后较长时期内有可能继续保持良好的合作氛围。中国作为朝鲜半岛的友好近邻,要重新定位当前局势,谨慎修复和维护中韩关系,提升话语地位,加强中美在朝核问题上的战略沟通,在半岛局势演进过程中发挥好自身角色。Situation on the Korean Peninsula has entered a new period of diplomatic mediation rather than being on the brink of war since the relationship between DPRK and ROK developed steadily in 2018.Although the bilateral relationship between the two parties is still facing tough problems such as denuclearization and international sanctions at present,they have strong desire to cooperate and strategic complementarity to each other,which might maintain the good cooperative atmosphere for a longer period ahead.As a friendly neighbor to the Peninsula,China should fully play its role by repositioning the present situation,carefully mending and maintaining the relations with the two parties,strengthening its discourse power and improving strategic communication with US on Korean nuclear issue.
