摘 要:针对传统开关磁阻电机存在输出转矩低的问题,本文介绍的新型轴向磁通双凸极无刷直流电机是一种在传统无刷直流电机的基础上结合开关磁阻电机的工作特性,用通电激磁线圈实现增磁、弱磁,控制输出转矩扩大电机调速范围作用的新型电机。在阐述新型电机结构和工作原理的基础上,分析了新型电机极弧的适用范围和激磁线圈调磁能力,并详细比较了新型电机与传统开关磁阻电机励磁方式及电磁转矩的差异。仿真结果表明,新型轴向磁通双凸极无刷直流电机的输出转矩有一定程度的提高。For shortcomings of the low output torque exist in traditional switched reluctance motor, this paper introduces a new type of axial magnetic flux doubly salient brushless DC motor, It is based on traditional brushless DC motor combined with working characteristics of switched reluctance motor. Energetic coils are used to realizes the function of increase and decrease magnetic field, control the output torque, and expand the motor speed range. Based on the introduction of the structure and operational principle of the new type of motor, the application range of the motor pole arc and the magnetizing ability of the excitation coil are analyzed. The differences of the excitation mode and the electromagnetic torque between the new type of motor and the traditional switched reluctance motor is compared in detail. The simulation results show that the output torque of the new axial flux doubly salient brushless DC motor can be improved to a certain extent.
