摘 要:本文建立了离心泵水力诱导噪声数值仿真模型,研究了离心泵内部湍流流动引起的辐射噪声。泵内部非稳态流场的计算采用基于SSTk-?模型的DES方法,水力诱导噪声的计算采用Lighthill声比拟有限元方法。通过对离心泵水动力噪声声学计算结果的分析,得到了噪声的空间分布规律及其频率特性。该数值模型可为离心泵等水力机械的噪声预测和控制提供有效的技术支持。The paper established numerical simulation model of hydrodynamic noise of centrifugal pump, and researched the radiated noise caused by turbulent flows in the centrifugal pump. The DES method based on SST k-ω model and Lighthill acoustic analogy finite-element method are used in the simulation of unsteady flow field and hydrodynamic noise respectively. By analyzing the calculation results of hydrodynamic acoustic noise of centrifugal pump, the paper obtained the spatial distribution law and frequency characteristic of hydrodynamic noise. The numerical model could provide effective technical support to predict and control of flow-induced noise of hydraulic mechanics, such as centrifugal pump.
