摘　　要：公共体育实践教学与学生体质、锻炼方法能力培养,是地方高校体育教学的核心问题,如何制定地方院校人才培养方案、调整公共体育教学内容,使实践课程与学生的发展实现更好地衔接,达到增强体质、增进健康和提高体育素养的目的,这是公共体育教学实践的基本要求和实践依据。This paper mainly research issues related to the practical teaching of public sports in local universities and the cultivation of students' physique and the formation of scientific training methods.In order to better integrate the practical curriculum with the development of students and achieve the purpose of enhancing students’ physical fitness and health,this article put forward three measures,including revising the talent cultivation plan,adjusting teaching plan and scientifically setting up the practical teaching system.Hopefully by carrying out all those adjustments above,overall quality of students and teacher could be lifted so as to update the public physical education.
