摘 要:作为能够与美国知名高校智库齐肩并驾的英国高校智库,从其建设发展经验来看,得益于两个方面:一是普遍具有清晰功能定位,二是普遍专注于特色定位和内涵提升。对英国高校智库进行研究分析,得出国内亟需完善高校智库的制度建设和运行机制的结论:明确功能定位,彰显特色发展等。这有助于解决当前我国高校智库建设中存在的定位模糊、咨政功能弱化及同质化问题。As a British university think tank able to ride with the United States,from its construction and development experience,it benefits from two aspects,and one is universal clear functional positioning,and the other is the focus on characteristic positioning and connotation promotion.The conclusion was drew from the study of the British university think-tank that there is a need to improve the system construction and operation mechanism of the university think-tank.Namely the functional positioning is clear,the characteristics of development is highlighted and a team of talent is built,and communication is strengthened.This helps to solve the problem of positioning ambiguity,weakening function and homogenization in the construction of university think-tank.
