半卧位翻身训练联合手法复位治疗老年人良性阵发性位置性眩晕的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究半卧位翻身训练联合手法复位治疗老年人良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)的方法和效果。方法:选取2015年11月-2018年5月本院收治的患有良性阵发性位置性眩晕的老年人患者82例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,各41例。对照组单纯给予改良后Epley管石复位法及改良Semont管石复位法治疗,治疗组给予半卧位翻身训练联合手法复位治疗,观察比较两组治疗后的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:对照组的治疗总有效率为73.17%明显低于治疗组的95.12%,差异有统计学意义(x^2=7.405,P=0.007)。对照组不良反应发生率为26.83%明显高于治疗组的9.76%,差异有统计学意义(x^2=3.998,P=0.046)。结论:半卧位翻身训练联合手法复位治疗老年人良性阵发性位置性眩晕治疗总有效率高,不良反应发生率低,疗效肯定。Objective:To study the method and effect of semi-recumbent rollover training combined with manual reduction in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV)in the elderly.Method:A total of 82 elderly patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo admitted in our hospital from November 2015 to May 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and treatment group,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with modified Epley tube stone reduction method and modified Semont tube stone reduction method,the treatment group was treated with semi-recumbent rollover training combined with manual reduction.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions after treatment between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The total effective rate of the control group was 73.17%,which was significantly lower than 95.12% of the treatment group, the difference was statistically significant( χ^2=7.405,P=0.007).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 26.83%,which was significantly higher than 9.76% in the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant( χ^2=3.998,P=0.046).Conclusion: Semi-recumbent rollover training combined with manual reduction in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo in the elderly has a high total effective rate,a low incidence of adverse reactions and a definite curative effect.
