加味半夏泻心汤治疗老年功能性消化不良的临床效果及对患者临床症状的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味半夏泻心汤治疗老年功能性消化不良的临床效果及对患者临床症状的影响。方法:选择本院于2015年10月-2017年10月收治的老年功能性消化不良患者120例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组给予泮托拉唑钠与莫沙必利治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上给予加味半夏泻心汤治疗。观察两组临床效果、不良反应发生情况、消化系统症状及空腹血浆胃动素改善情况。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的71.67%,差异有统计学意义(字2=14.06,P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为1.67%,明显低于对照组的16.67%,差异有统计学意义(字2=8.10,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组各症状评分均较高,且血浆胃动素浓度均偏低,组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者各症状评分均明显低于治疗前,血浆胃动素浓度均高于治疗前,且观察组各症状评分均低于对照组,血浆胃动素浓度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对老年功能性消化不良患者实施加味半夏泻心汤治疗可有效改善不良症状,提高空腹血浆胃动素浓度,促进胃肠运动,且不会引发严重不良反应,安全性较高,临床治疗价值较高。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of flavored Pinellia Xiexin Decoction on functional dyspepsia in the elderly and its effect on clinical symptoms.Method:120 elderly patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Pantoprazole Sodium and Moxapili,while the observation group was treated with flavored Pinellia Xiexin Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects,adverse reactions,digestive symptoms and improvement of fasting plasma motilin in the two groups were observed.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,higher than 71.67%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=14.06,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 1.67%,significantly lower than 16.67%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8.10,P<0.05).Before treatment,each symptom score of the two groups were higher,and plasma motilin concentration were lower in both groups,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,all symptom scores of patients in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,plasma motilin concentration were higher than those before treatment,and all symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and plasma motilin concentration was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:For elderly patients with functional dyspepsia,flavored Pinellia Xiexin Decoction can effectively improve the adverse symptoms,increase the concentration of fasting plasma motilin,promote gastrointestinal movement,and will not cause serious adverse reactions,with high safety and clinical treatment value.
