彩色多普勒超声引导下穿刺治疗腘窝囊肿的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声引导下穿刺治疗腘窝囊肿的临床疗效及安全性分析。方法:选取本院于2015年6月-2018年3月收治的110例腘窝囊肿患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各55例。观察组采用彩色多普勒超声引导下穿刺治疗术,对照组采用常规穿刺治疗术。比较两组患者临床治愈情况及临床不良反应情况。结果:治疗后,观察组Rauschning和Lindgren评分效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组第1次治愈率81.82%(45/55)、总治愈率96.36%(53/55)均明显高于对照组第1次治愈率58.18%(32/55)及总治愈率83.64%(46/55),两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率9.09%(5/55)明显低于对照组23.64%(13/55),两组比较差异有统计学意义(x^2=4.251,P=0.039)。结论:超声引导下穿刺治疗腘窝囊肿的临床疗效明显优于常规穿刺治疗术,且不良反应发生率更低,安全性高,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of color Doppler ultrasound guided puncture in the treatment of popliteal cyst.Method:110 patients with popliteal cyst admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table grouping method,55 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with color Doppler ultrasound guided puncture,while the control group was treated with conventional puncture.Clinical cure and clinical adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the Rauschning and Lindgren scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The cure rate of the observation group was 81.82%(45/55),the total cure rate was 96.36%(53/55),which was significantly higher than those of the control group 58.18%(32/55) and 83.64%(46/55),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.09%(5/55) significantly lower than that of the control group 23.64%(13/55),there was statistical significance( x^2=4.251,P=0.039).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided puncture is superior to conventional puncture in the treatment of popliteal cyst with lower incidence of adverse reactions and high safety.It has important clinical value.
