去肾脏交感神经术治疗顽固性高血压的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨去肾脏交感神经术治疗顽固性高血压的有效性及其对肾功能、心脏彩超结果的影响。方法:对22例入组患者行去肾脏交感神经术,观察术前和术后1、6、12、24个月的血压、肾功能、心脏彩超结果变化情况。结果:术后1例患者1个月后失访,另1例患者6个月后失访。20例患者第1、6、12及24个月的血压水平较术前均明显下降;术后第1、6、12及24个月的肾功能较术前差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05);术后第6、12、24个月的室间隔厚度、左心室质量指数较术前及术后1个月降低,而左室射血分数升高,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论:去肾脏交感神经术治疗顽固性高血压有效,且对心脏结构及功能有一定程度的改善。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of renal denervation on resistant hypertension and its effects of renal function and cardiac color ultrasonography.Methods:22 cases were given renal denervation.Blood pressure,renal function and cardiac color ultrasonography were observed before treatment and after 1,6,12 and 24 months.Results:1 patient was lost after 1 month and another one was lost after 6 months.The blood pressure in 22 cases was decreased significantly after 1,6,12 and 24 months.There was no statistically significant difference in renal function after 1,6,12 and 24 months(P>0.05).The thickness of ventricular septum,left ventricular mass index was lower in the 6th,12th and 24th month after operation than those in preoperative and postoperative 1 month,while left ventricular ejection fraction was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Renal denervation shows a good effect,can improve the cardiac structure and the heart function.
