血清肿瘤标记物检测对中医辅助治疗中晚期肺癌疗效评估的价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清肿瘤标记物鳞状上皮细胞癌抗原(SCC-Ag)、糖类抗原(CA50)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)联合动态检测对中医辅助治疗中晚期肺癌疗效评估的临床价值。方法:选取80例中晚期肺癌患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用手术、放化疗治疗,研究组在上述治疗基础上辅助中医药综合治疗,比较两组患者中医证候改善情况;比对治疗前后两组患者血清SCC-Ag、CA50、NSE水平变化,评估中医药辅助治疗中晚期肺癌的临床疗效。结果:治疗后研究组患者中医证候改善有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);两组治疗后血清SCC-Ag、CA50、NSE水平与治疗前比较明显降低(P <0.01),且治疗后研究组血清SCC-Ag、CA50、NSE水平与对照组比较降低更明显(P <0.05)。结论:中晚期肺癌患者在西医治疗基础上辅助中医药综合治疗临床疗效确切,可显著改善患者临床症状。血清SCC-Ag、CA50、NSE水平变化是评估肺癌疗效的有效客观指标。Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of serum tumor markers(SCC-Ag,CA50 and NSE)in the evaluation of efficacy of TCM adjuvant therapy on advanced lung cancer.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was treated with surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The study group was given TCM more.The symptom improvement between two groups was compared.The changes of serum SCC-Ag,CA50 and NSE levels between two groups before and after treatment were compared.The clinical efficacy of adjuvant TCM medicine for the treatment of advanced lung cancer was eraluated.Results:The efficiency of TCM symptom improvement in the study group after treatment was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The serum SCC-Ag,CA50 and NSE levels after treatment in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and those in the study group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM plus western medicine is accurate in patients with advanced lung cancer,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.The changes of serum SCC-Ag,CA50 and NSE levels are effective objective criteria for assessing the efficacy of lung cancer.
