礞石滚痰丸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(痰热内扰型)合并失眠的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药礞石滚痰丸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并失眠的临床疗效。方法:将患者随机分成两组,每组90例,一组使用中药礞石滚痰丸加减,一组使用治疗组药物稀释10倍作为安慰剂进行对照。结果:两组患者入院时和2年时分别进行一次多导联睡眠监测,比较其入睡潜伏期、觉醒次数和时间、睡眠总时间、睡眠效率等睡眠指标的变化。发现中药组潜伏时间缩短,总睡眠时间延长,睡眠效率提高,觉醒时间明显减少。随访2年,中药组2年内再入院频率较对照组明显减少。结论:中药礞石滚痰丸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并失眠,不仅仅能改善失眠,而且能够减少慢性阻塞性肺疾病的再入院频率。Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of Mengshi Guntan Wan(礞石滚痰丸)on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of the Tanre Neirao type(痰热内扰型)plus insomnia.Methods:All patients were divided into two groups,90 cases in each.The group A was given Mengshi Guntan Wan;and the group B was given placebos.Results:In 2 years,in the group A,the latency time were shortened;the total sleep time was prolonged;the sleep efficiency was improved;and the wake time was significantly reduced.Followed up for 2 years,the frequency of readmission was lower.Conclusion:Mengshi Guntan Wan on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of the Tanre Neirao type plus insomnia shows a good effect.
