周冬梅教授从血论治银屑病思路治疗寻常型银屑病血热证68例效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析周冬梅教授从血论治银屑病思路治疗寻常型银屑病血热证的临床效果。方法:选择我院收治的寻常型屑病患者68例进行分析,随机分成两组。实验组34例给予周冬梅教授从血论治银屑病思路治疗,对照组34例给予阿维A胶囊与曲安奈德尿素乳膏进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果和皮损面积改善情况。结果:经过治疗,实验组临床治疗总有效率达到97.1%,对照组达到70.6%,差异显著(P <0.05);实验组和对照组皮损面积严重性指数(PASI)治疗前没有显著差异(P>0.05);治疗2周后实验组PASI评分是(1.48±1.21),明显优于对照组的(7.89±2.75),差异显著(P <0.05),治疗后实验组患者TNF-α、IL-4、IL-8各指标均明显优于对照组,P <0.05,差异显著。结论:对于寻常型银屑病血热证患者采取周冬梅教授从血论治银屑病思路进行治疗,临床效果显著,有临床推广价值。Objective:To analyze clinical efficacy of the Xue theory(从血论治)from Pro.Zhou Dongmei on psoriasis vulgaris of the Xuere syndrome(血热证).Methods:68 cases were divided into two groups,34 cases in each.The control group was given Avi A capsule plus triamcinolone acetonide;and the experimental group was given the TCM therapy based on the Xue theory from Pro.Zhou Dongmei.Results:After treatment,the total efficacy in the experimental group was 97.1%,higher than 70.6%in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the PASI score in the experimental group was(1.48±1.21),superior to(7.89±2.75)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TNF-α,IL-4 and IL-8 in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Xue theory from Pro.Zhou Dongmei on psoriasis vulgaris of the Xuere syndrome show a good effect,and is worthy of promotion.
