摘　　要：头痛和脑鸣均为难治疾病,两者相兼为病,背后机理错综复杂,姚梅龄为已故江西省名老中医姚荷生的学术传承人,对《伤寒论》理解深刻,临床治疗疾病有其独特体会,善于抓主症,定病位。本案头痛兼脑鸣证情复杂,病史漫长,姚梅龄条分缕析,化繁为简,中医辨证思路清晰,用药精准,为后学者建立此类疾病的中医思辨模型提供依据。Headache and intracranial tinnitus are both difficult disease to treat,the underlying mechanism are complex.Yao Meiling is the academic inheritor of Yao Hesheng,the famous old TCM practioner of Jiangxi Province.He has a profound understanding of the theory of typhoid fever and has his unique experience in clinic practice.The headache and intracranial tinnitus patient have complex mechanism and long history.Yao Meiling has analyzed and simplified it.The differential thinking of TCM is clear and the medicine is accurate.It provides the basis for the post scholars to establish the differential model of TCM for this kind of disease.
