健肝软坚颗粒联合恩替卡韦分散片治疗乙肝肝纤维化临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨健肝软坚颗粒联合恩替卡韦对乙肝肝纤维化的协同治疗作用。方法:采用随机对照法,将58例住院乙肝肝纤维化患者分为治疗组和对照组,两组均为29例患者,均给子常规保肝及抗病毒治疗,治疗组联合应用健肝软坚颗粒(河南省中医院制剂室提供);对照组联合应用大黄蛰虫丸(广东百科制药有限公司)。观察比较两组患者治疗前后的血清肝纤四项、肝功能、彩超下肝与脾形态等指标变化情况,评价临床疗效。结果:与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后血清肝纤四项、肝功能及彩超下肝与脾形态等指标均有明显差异,具有统计学意义;治疗组有效率93.10%,对照组有效率79.31%,两者比较,有显著差异(P <0.05)。结论:健肝软坚颗粒联合恩替卡韦分散片可显著改善患者肝功能、肝纤四项等相关指标,对乙肝肝纤维化有良好的协同增效作用。Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of the Jian’gan Ruanjian granule( 健肝软坚颗粒) plus entecavir dispersible tablets on hepatitis B fibrosis. Methods: 58 cases were divided into two groups, 29 cases in each. All patients were given convention treatment, including liver protection and antiviral treatment; and the treatment group was given the Jian’gan Ruanjian granule; the control group was given Dahuang Zhechong Wan( 大黄蛰虫丸). Results: After treatment, the serum fibrosis, liver function and color doppler liver and spleen morphology in two groups were significantly improved. The efficiency in the treatment group was 93.10%, higher than 79.31% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Jian’gan Ruanjian granule plus entecavir dispersible tablets on hepatitis B fibrosis can improve clinical symptoms, show a good effect.
