保守治疗小儿股骨干骨折的护理经验

摘　　要：目的:研究3周岁以下股骨干骨折的患儿的护理。方法:采用手法复位夹板外固定,配合双下肢悬吊皮肤牵引和功能锻炼的方法治疗3周岁以下股骨干骨折的患儿共23例,其中男14例,女9例,年龄6个月～2岁11个月。结果:以上病例均取得良好疗效。结论:从皮肤护理、疼痛护理、锻炼护理和饮食护理四个方面总结护理经验并推广。Objective:To study the nursing of children with fracture of femoral shaft under the age of 3.Methods:A total of 23 cases of children with femoral fractures under the age of 3 received the treatment of the gimmick reset splint external fixation with double lower limbs hanging skin traction and functional exercise methods,including 14 male cases and 9 female cases,aging from 6 months to 2 years and 11 months.Results:All the cases were effective.Conclusion:Nursing experience was summarized from four aspects:skin nursing,pain nursing,exercise nursing and diet nursing and it could be promoted.
