摘 要:为更好的掌握膜片弹簧离合器磨损规律,对膜片弹簧离合器进行合理的假设,建立物理模型,根据离合器使用过程中支撑环和压盘施加在膜片弹簧上的载荷与加载点间相对的轴向变形量,理论推导得出膜片弹簧离合器摩擦片磨损量与时间的对应关系,并通过试验结果对该关系进行对比验证。结果表明:膜片弹簧离合器摩擦片总磨损量与时间的关系可近似为线性关系,该磨损规律还可用于膜片弹簧离合器使用寿命的预测,该规律的掌握在AMT系统的优化控制开发中具有非常重要的意义。In the development of AMT(automated mechanical transmission)control system,clutch position is the difficulty of precise control.As an important torque transmission part of the vehicle transmission system,the clutch will wear out during its operation,and the position of the clutch is directly related to the amount of wear generated by the clutch during the use.In order to better grasp the wear law of diaphragm spring clutch,this paper makes reasonable hypothesis and establishes physical model.According to the axial deformation between the force acting on the diaphragm spring and the loading point,the relation between the friction disc wear and time of the diaphragm spring clutch is deduced.The rule is verified by experimental results.The results show that the relationship between the total wear and the time of diaphragm spring clutch can be approximately linear,and the wear law can also be used to predict the service life of the diaphragm spring clutch,which is very important in the optimization control development of AMT system.
