摘 要:配网故障检测与定位是实现配电网自愈性的前提,单相接地故障定位是中性点非有效接地中压配电网尚未解决的难题。在分析中性点非有效配网单相故障特点的基础上,明确非有效接地配网单相接地故障定位的特殊要求,对国内外研究现状进行全面分析和比较,结合配网实际和工程要求,指出中性点非有效接地中压配网单相接地故障定位所需解决的技术问题,对未来发展趋势作了展望。The accurate fault detection and location in Medium Voltage(MV)distribution system are the base of self-healing smart grid.Specifically,the fault location of Single-Line-to-Ground(SLG)in Neutral Un-effectively Grounded System(NUGS)is a tough problem in MV distribution system.In this paper,special requirements on fault location are proposed based on the SLG fault features analysis.Then all the SLG fault location methods at home and abroad are introduced and compared systematically.The points about measurement and communication for engineering application are pointed out.At last,the key points and development tendency for SLG fault location are proposed.It can be a reference for the scholars and engineering technicians who engage in a related field.
