摘 要:以白云鄂博尾矿为主要原料,采用熔融法制备辉石相高熵玻璃陶瓷含铜复合材料.采用差热分析、XRD、SEM及性能检测手段,研究了在核化温度720℃、晶化温度820℃制备的高熵玻璃陶瓷物相组成、显微结构与性能之间的关系.结果表明:金属铜均匀弥散在辉石相晶粒间,并且CuO使辉石相由微米粒状结构转化为纳米球晶结构,促进玻璃基体析晶,提高高熵玻璃陶瓷致密程度;铜颗粒掺杂优化了高熵玻璃陶瓷性能:随着氧化铜含量增加,高熵玻璃陶瓷显微硬度稳定在720±5 kg/mm^2,抗折强度达258 N/mm^2,软化温度逐渐降低.Taking the Baiyun Obo tailings as the main raw material,the Augite phase high entropy glass ceramic Cu-containing composite material was prepared using melting method.The relationship between phase composition,microstructure and properties of the high entropy glass ceramics with crystallization temperature of 720℃and 820℃were investigated by differential thermal analysis,XRD,SEM and performance testing methods.The results show that copper dispersed uniformly between pyroxene grains,and CuO transformed the pyroxene phase from micro-granular structure to nano-spherulitic structure,promoting the crystallization of glass matrix and improving the density of high-entropy glass ceramics.Copper particle doping optimized the properties of the high entropy glass ceramic.With the increase of the content of copper oxide,the microhardness was stable at 720±5 kg/mm^2,and the flexural strength was as high as 258 N/mm^2,while the softening temperature of the high entropy glass ceramics decreased gradually.
