特种设备检验报告电子化发放归档研究与监理应用

摘　　要：时效性是特种设备检验报告的本质属性。文章针对目前纸质检验报告发放和归档中不能充分发挥时效性的弊端,提出了采用电子化发放和归档构想,论述了其必要性和可行性。设备监理可充分利用信息量大、保密性强、便捷度高、流通性好、低成本、可追溯、准确高效的电子化特种设备检验报告、证书,利国利民、势在必行。Timeliness is the essential nature of special equipment inspection report.In light of the limitation of timely delivery and filing of paper report,this paper raises the idea of using electronized report,expounding the necessity and feasibility.The electronized special equipment inspection report and certifi cate have the advantages of large informativeness,strong privacy,convenience,good fl owability,low cost,traceability,accuracy,high effi ciency and easy for comprehensive utilization.Therefore,the application of this kind of report in equipment supervision work will benefit the company and the society at large.We should pay close attention and take immediate action to use electronized report.
