经尿道手术治疗前列腺增生症合并膀胱结石的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析经尿道手术治疗前列腺增生症合并膀胱结石的效果。方法抽取2016年9月—2018年4月收治的前列腺增生症合并膀胱结石患者50例,依据治疗方法差异将所有患者均分两组。实施经尿道前列腺等离子切除术联合碎石钳碎石治疗的25例患者为参照组,实施经尿道前列腺切等离子切除术联合钬激光碎石治疗的25例患者为研究组,最后比对治疗效果。结果对比直径超过2.5 cm的碎石时间,研究组短于参照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结石直径介于1.5～2.5 cm、结石直径超过2.5 cm,两组碎石成功率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比治疗后的MRF评分和IPSS评分结果,研究组改善更优,与参照组对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论前列腺增生症合并膀胱结石实施经尿道前列腺等离子切除术联合钬激光碎石治疗可获取显著的治疗效果,因此可作为临床的首选。Objective To analyze the effect of transurethral surgery for benign prostatic hyperplasia combined with bladder stones.Methods 50 cases of prostatic hyperplasia with bladder stones were selected from September 2016 to April 2018,and all the patients were divided into two groups according to the difference of treatment methods.25 patients treated with transurethral resection of the prostate combined with lithotripsy were used as the reference group,and 25 patients were treated with transurethral resection of the prostate combined with holmium laser lithotripsy,and the results were compared to the treatment results.Results Compared with the lithotripsy time of more than 2.5 cm in diameter,the study group was shorter than the reference group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The diameter of stones ranged from 1.5 cm to 2.5 cm,and the diameter of stones exceeded 2.5 cm.There was significant difference between the two groups in the success rate of lithotripsy(P<0.05).Compared with the results of MRF score and IPSS score after treatment,the study group improved better,and there was a significant difference compared with the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral resection of the prostate combined with holmium laser lithotripsy can be used as the first choice for the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia with bladder stones.
