简易鼻塞式持续正压通气在小儿重症肺炎中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的观察分析简易鼻塞式持续正压通气(CPAP)应用于小儿重症肺炎治疗中的临床应用价值。方法在我院2015年6月—2016年6月收治的重症肺炎患儿中选取80例进行研究,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组采取鼻塞式CPAP呼吸机治疗,观察组采取简易鼻塞式CPAP治疗。对比两组治疗前后的血气分析动态、HR、RR变化情况及临床治疗效果。结果两组治疗前的PaO_2、PaCO_2、HR、RR对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);观察组治疗后的PaO_2高于对照组治疗后的PaO_2(P <0.05);观察组治疗后的HR、RR均低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率92.50%,高于对照组的治疗总有效率75.00%(P <0.05)。结论将简易鼻塞式CPAP应用于小儿重症肺炎的临床治疗中,其取得的疗效与CPAP呼吸机的疗效相同,能够有效促进患儿通气、换气功能的提高。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical value of simple nasal congestion continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP)in the treatment of severe pneumonia in children.Methods 80 children with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nasal CPAP ventilator and the observation group was treated with simple nasal congestion CPAP.The blood gas analysis dynamics,HR,RR changes and clinical treatment effects before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in PaO2,PaCO2,HR and RR between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);The PaO2 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The HR and RR of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The total therapeutic efficiency of the observation group was 92.50% higher than that of the control group,which was 75.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion Simple nasal obstructive CPAP is used in the clinical treatment of severe pneumonia in children.The curative effect is the same as that of CPAP ventilator.It can effectively promote the improvement of ventilation and ventilation function in children.
