阿奇霉素连续和间歇给药治疗支原体肺炎的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨阿奇霉素连续和间歇给药治疗支原体肺炎的临床效果及耐药性。方法根据随机数字表法将2017年1月—2018年2月90例支原体肺炎患者分成两组。对照组给予阿奇霉素连续给药治疗,观察组则给予阿奇霉素间歇给药治疗。比较两组支原体肺炎治疗转归效果;病情好转时间;治疗前后患者炎性指标;耐药发生率。结果观察组支原体肺炎治疗转归效果高于对照组,P <0.05;观察组病情好转时间优于对照组,P <0.05;治疗前两组炎性指标差异无统计学意义,P> 0.05;治疗后观察组炎性指标优于对照组,P <0.05。观察组耐药发生率低于对照组,P <0.05。结论阿奇霉素间歇给药治疗支原体肺炎的临床效果更好,耐药性更低。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and drug resistance of azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods According to the random number table method,90 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia were divided into 2 groups from January 2017 to February 2018.The control group was given azithromycin continuous medication,while the observation group was given azithromycin intermittent treatment.The outcomes of treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in two groups were compared;the time for improvement of the disease,the inflammatory index and the incidence of drug resistance before and after treatment were compared.Results The effect of mycoplasma pneumonia in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05;the improvement time of the observation group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05;there was no significant difference between the two groups before the treatment,P>0.05;the inflammatory index in the observation group was better than the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of drug resistance in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Azithromycin intermittent treatment has better clinical effect and lower resistance to Mycoplasma pneumonia.
