摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理对整形美容手术患者术后干预的应用效果。方法选择2016年3月—2017年12月在我院接受整形美容手术的患者48例进行研究,将其分为对照组和护理组,每组24例。对照组采用常规护理,护理组采用心理护理干预,比较两组患者护理前后各项心理指标以及护理满意度等。结果在本次研究中,护理后,护理组患者SAS、SDS评分均有明显降低,与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。护理组患者总满意率为100.0%,对照组为75.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论心理护理在整形美容手术护理干预过程中,能够有效改善患者的心理状态,提高护理满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing on postoperative intervention in plastic surgery patients.Methods From March 2016 to December 2017,48 patients who underwent plastic surgery in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and nursing group,24 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the nursing group was treated with psychological nursing intervention.The psychological indicators before and after nursing were compared between the two groups and the nursing satisfaction.Results After nursing,the score of SAS and SDS in nursing group decreased more obviously in this study.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate was 100.0%in the nursing group and 75.0%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological Nursing can effectively improve the psychological status of patients and improve the nursing satisfaction in the process of plastic surgery intervention,which is worth to be popularized clinically.
