棉纺锡林针布新齿形的创新原理

摘　　要：分析了棉纺梳理锡林针布9种新型针布齿形创新的原理,从针布几何尺寸和针布设计特点进行了分析和比对,证明新型锡林针布齿形创新优势是角度小、纵向齿距大、齿浅、齿顶齿形多变、圆弧工作面增大,能够有效控制纤维、转移纤维、梳理纤维、释放纤维、保护纤维、排除杂质,提高纤维的伸直度、平行度、分离度,实现梳理质量的高质、高产和高效。The innovative principle of nine new types of tooth shape of cylinder clothing for cotton spinning were analyzed.The geometric size and design features of the clothing were compared.It was found that the small angle,large longitudinal distance,shallow tooth,varied top tooth shape and large circular arc working face could effectively control,transfer,release,protect fibers and eliminate impurities.The straightness,parallelism and separation degree of fibers were also improved.The high quality,yield and efficiency of carding were thereby achieved.
