机采棉使用高密度锡林针布的梳理效果

摘　　要：介绍机采棉的特性和存在的问题,实践中采取不同型号高密锡林针布在FA231及FA203A梳棉机进行试验,分析试验中高密度锡林对机采棉棉结杂质的改善情况、对短绒强力的影响以及对成纱指标及纱疵的影响。跟踪实验发现高密锡林对各项指标的改善都有较大提升,证明机采棉采用加密锡林配合合理的工艺优化能够取得很好的效果。The characteristics and drawback of machine-harvested cotton are introduced.To test the effect of high density cylinder clothing on machine-harvested cotton carding,different types of high density cylinder clothing were used on FA231 and FA203A card.It was found that the indexes such as nep and impurity numbers,the short fiber strength,resultant yarn and yarn defects were all improved.It is thereby concluded that high density cylinder clothing with reasonable process optimization can improve the carding quality of machine-harvested cotton.
