摘 要:MicroRNA作为非编码RNA的一种,其发现时间相对较晚,对基因的表达起到了重要的调节作用,因此成为近几年来国内外研究的热门对象,尤其是在治疗糖尿病领域中所发挥的调节作用。本文从中药中单体化合物、中药提取物以及中药复方三个角度对近年来中药领域通过调节microRNA治疗糖尿病的研究成果进行了综述。近期研究结果表明microRNA是阐释中药降血糖作用机制的新途径,具有较为重要的研究意义。MicroRNA,as a non-coding RNA,has been found relatively late and plays an important role in regulating gene expression;therefore,it has become a hot research object at home and abroad in recent years,especially in the field of diabetes treatment.In this study,the research achievements of the treatment of diabetes by regulating microRNA with traditional Chinese medicine were reviewed from monomer compounds,traditional Chinese medicine extract and traditional Chinese medicine compound.The recent research results show that microRNA is a new way to explain the mechanism of hypoglycemic effect of traditional Chinese medicine and has more important research significance.
