摘  要:以依次经过酸化-钠化-有机柱撑改性蛭石(m-V)为载体,RuCl_3·xH_2O为活性组分前驱体,采用吸附-沉淀法制备催化剂Ru/改性蛭石(Ru/m-V),并用XRD、H_2-TPR、N_2物理吸附对催化剂的物理化学结构进行分析,以马来酸二甲酯(DMM)加氢制丁二酸二甲酯(DMS)为探针反应考察了催化活性。结果表明:直接还原后的所得样品活性优于焙烧还原后样品的活性,Ru/m-V经还原-氧化-还原处理后的催化活性高于经过相同条件制备和处理的催化剂Ru/Al_2O_3。催化剂表征结果显示,催化剂经焙烧还原后活性组Ru的粒径增大。Ru/m-V经还原-氧化-还原后Ru性组分烧结程度低于Ru/AlAl_2O_3。上述结果表明:Ru/m-V氧化还原稳定性优于Ru/Al_2O_3。Taking the organic-pillared vermiculite(m-V)obtained via acid-treatment,sodium modification and organic cation exchange as support and RuCl3·xH2O as precursor,Ru/modified-vermiculite catalyst(Ru/m-V)was prepared by adsorption-precipitation method.The catalysts were characterized by XRD,H2-TPR and N2 physical adsorption,and their catalytic performances were investigated by hydrogenation of dimethyl maleate(DMM)to dimethyl succinate(DMS).The results showed that the activity of the sample subjected to direct reduction was better than that treated via calcination-reduction process.The catalytic activity of Ru/m-V after reduction-oxidation-reduction was higher than that of Ru/Al2O3 prepared and treated under the same conditions.The particle size of the active component Ru increased after the calcination-reduction process.The Ru on Ru/m-V after reduction-oxidation-reduction was less agglomerate than that of Ru/Al2O3.All these results confirmed that the reduction-oxidation stability of Ru/m-V was better than that of Ru/Al2O3.
