摘  要:依托于现有的一个20万t/a煤基乙二醇工业装置及其公用工程,建设了一个百吨级草酸二甲酯(DMO)中试装置。采用自主研发生产的DM系列钯基催化剂,在工业原料条件下,分析了升温还原过程、催化剂床层压降及产物选择性,同时考察了进料CO与亚硝酸甲酯(MN)的物质的量比对DMO选择性的影响,总结了开车整体运行情况。结果表明,在工业条件下,DM系列催化剂经放大生产后用于百吨级中试生产,总体运行近1600h,原料MN转化率大于65%,DMO选择性大于98.5%,DMO时空产率达650g·L^(-1)·h^(-1),具有较好的耐久性和活性稳定性。A 100t/a dimethyl oxalate(DMO)pilot unit was built based on an existing 200kt/a coal-based ethylene glycol industrial plant and its utilities.The self-developed DM series palladium-based catalyst was used to analyze the temperature reduction process,catalyst bed pressure drop and product selectivity under industrial raw material conditions.The effect of the molar ratio of CO to methyl nitrite(MN)on the selectivity of DMO was also investigated.The overall operation of the test was summarized.Over the operation of near 1600h,MN conversion was more than 65%with the DMO selectivity of above 98.5%and the DMO space time yield of above 650g/(L·h).The catalyst has good durability and activity stability.
