沟通技巧联合多元化护理在儿童鼻窦炎鼻负压置换治疗过程中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察沟通技巧联合多元化护理在儿童鼻窦炎鼻负压置换治疗过程中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2017年1月-2018年5月行鼻负压置换治疗的鼻窦炎患儿200例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各100例。对照组采取常规护理,试验组实施沟通技巧联合多元化护理干预,比较两组治疗依从、舒适度、并发症发生情况。结果:试验组的治疗依从率为94.0%明显高于对照组的76.0%,差异有统计学意义(x^2=12.706,P=0.000)。试验组的舒适度为89.0%明显高于对照组的51.0%,差异有统计学意义(x^2=34.381,P=0.000)。试验组并发症发生率5.0%明显低于对照组的14.0%,差异有统计学意义(x^2=4.711,P=0.030)。结论:对行鼻负压置换治疗的鼻窦炎患儿实施沟通技巧联合多元化护理,可明显提高患儿治疗依从性及舒适度,有效减少并发症的发生。Objective:To observe the application effect of communication skills combined with diversified nursing in the treatment of children with nasosinusitis nasal negative pressure replacement therapy.Method:A total of 200 children with nasosinusitis who undergone nasal negative pressure replacement therapy in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and experimental group,100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the experimental group was given communication skills combined with diversified nursing intervention.The treatment compliance,comfort and complications between the two groups were compared.Result:The treatment compliance rate of the experimental group was 94.0%,which was significantly higher than 76.0%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=12.706,P=0.000).The comfort degree of the experimental group was 89.0%,which was significantly higher than 51.0%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=34.381,P=0.000).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 5.0%,which was significantly lower than 14.0%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.711,P=0.030).Conclusion:The implementation of communication skills combined with diversified nursing for children with nasosinusitis nasal negative pressure replacement therapy can obviously improve the treatment compliance and comfort of children and effectively reduce the occurrence of complications.
