摘　　要：目的:分析静脉留置针改良正压封管技术的临床应用效果,探讨静脉留置针改良正压封管技术的临床应用优势。方法:选取本院于2017年1月-2018年9月间收治行静脉留置针的儿科患儿120例作为本次研究对象,通过随机分配法分为对照组与观察组,每组各60例。对照组患儿应用注射器脉冲式正压带液进行拔针封管处理,观察组患儿予以改良正压封管技术对静脉留置针进行封管处理。对比两组患儿留置针的回血率、堵管率、患儿静脉炎的发生情况以及留置针的留置时间。结果:观察组患儿回血、堵管以及静脉炎的发生方面相比对照组均显著更低,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的静脉留置针时间为(64.3±14.2)h,明显长于对照组静脉留置时间(45.7±8.9)h,两组比较差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过采用静脉留置针改良正压封管技术,可有效提高儿科护士的临床工作效率与护理质量。患儿回血、堵管以及静脉炎的发生率更低,干预后留置针有更长的留置时间,该方法值得在临床上进行推广与应用。Objective:To analyze the clinical application effect of venous indwelling needle improved positive pressure sealing technique,and to explore the clinical application advantages of intravenous indwelling needle improved positive pressure sealing technique.Method:120 children with pediatric venous indwelling needles were enrolled in our hospital from January 2017 to September 2018.The children were divided into control group and observation group by random distribution method,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with syringe pulse positive pressure fluid for needle extraction and tube sealing.The patients in the observation group were treated with modified positive pressure sealing technique to seal the intravenous indwelling needle.The blood return rate,catheterization rate,incidence of phlebitis in children and the indwelling time of the indwelling needle were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of blood return,occlusion and phlebitis in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of venous indwelling needle in the observation group was(64.3±14.2)h significantly longer than the control group infusion time(45.7±8.9)h,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of intravenous indwelling needles to improve positive pressure sealing technology can effectively improve the clinical work efficiency and quality of care of pediatric nurses.The incidence of blood return,tube occlusion and phlebitis are lower in children,and the indwelling needle has a longer indwelling time after intervention.This method is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
