血清淀粉样蛋白A方法评价及其在儿童感染性疾病诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)和C反应蛋白(CRP)检测对儿童感染性疾病诊断中的应用。方法临床纳入2017年9月至2018年6月期间本院收治的112例感染性疾病患儿作为研究组,另纳入同期来本院体检中心体检的50例健康儿童作为对照组。观察两组组儿童SAA、CRP水平,分析SAA、CRP检测对儿童感染性疾病的诊断价值。结果研究组SAA、CRP阳性表达检出率分别为82.14%、63.39%,明显高于对照组的10.00%、6.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组SAA、CRP水平明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。细菌感染组患儿SAA、CRP水平明显高于病毒感染组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SAA对感染性疾病具有较高诊断价值,相对于CRP来说,SAA对细菌性感染更敏感,在临床鉴别细菌感染和病毒感染时具有重要意义,值得临床应用及推广。Objective To study the diagnosis application of serum amyloid A protein(SAA)and C-reactive protein(CRP)detection in children with infectious diseases.Methods 112 infectious disease children treated from September 2017 to June 2018 in our hospital were selected as study group.50 healthy children checked in our physical examination center were selected as control group.The SAA and CRP contents were detected to analyze its diagnosis value.Results The positive detection rate of SAA and CRP in the study group(82.14%,63.39%)was significantly higher than control group(10.00%,6.00%)(P<0.05);the SAA and CRP contents in the study group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);the SAA and CRP contents in the bacterial infection children were significantly higher than virus infection children(P<0.05).Conclusion The SAA detection is of great importance to the diagnosis of infectious disease.Compared with CRP,SAA is more sensitive to bacterial infection,indicating its higher differential diagnosis value of bacterial infection and virus infection.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
