摘 要:目的探究磁共振成像(MRI)和X线检查在诊断膝关节退行性骨关节病中的价值对比。方法选取2017年7月到2018年7月于本院就诊的99例膝关节退行性骨关节病患者,患者入院后均做MRI和X线检查,以关节镜手术所见为金标准,比较MRI以及X线片表现以及诊断的准确性。结果 MRI和X线检查关节软骨退变、关节腔隙狭窄和软骨下赘骨的检出率差异无统计学意义;MRI检查半月板变性、软组织损伤、关节积液、滑膜增厚、关节面不平、骨质增生、软骨下囊变的检出率显著高于X线检查,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与X线检查相比,MRI检查对膝关节退行性关节病诊断的准确性更高,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and X-ray examination in the diagnosis of degenerative osteoarthropathy.Methods From July 2017 to July 2018,99 cases of degenerative osteoarthropathy treated in our hospital were choosed.All patients underwent MRI and X-ray examination after admission.The gold standard was arthroscopic surgery.Compare MRI and X ray findings and diagnostic accuracy.Results There was no significant difference in the detection rates of articular cartilage degeneration,articular lacunar stenosis and subchondral neoplasia between MRI and X-ray examination;the detection rates of meniscal degeneration,soft tissue injury,joint effusion,synovial thickening,articular surface irregularity,bone hyperplasia and subchondral cystic degeneration were significantly higher than those of X-ray examination(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with X-ray examination,MRI examination has higher accuracy in the diagnosis of degenerative arthropathy,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
