自拟解郁安眠汤联合维生素B_1片治疗肝郁肾虚型失眠的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察自拟解郁安眠汤联合维生素B1片治疗肝郁肾虚型失眠的临床疗效。方法将2017年3月至2018年3月本院治疗的肝郁肾虚型失眠患者80例作为研究对象,将其依照随机数表法分为两组,各40例。对照组采取解郁安眠汤治疗,观察组则加用维生素B1片治疗。观察两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、不良反应。结果两组治疗总有效率相比,对照组(77.50%)低于观察组(95.00%),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组PSQI评分、症状积分对比,差异无统计学意义;治疗后对照组PSQI评分、症状积分高于观察组(5.32±1.82)分、(12.12±3.07)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(7.50%)与对照组(5.00%)相比,差异无统计学意义。结论将解郁安眠汤、维生素B1片联合用于肝郁肾虚型失眠治疗中效果确切且安全性较高,可缓解患者临床症状,改善睡眠质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Jieyu Anmian decoction combined with vitamin B1 tablet in treatment of kidney asthenia and liver depression type of insomnia.Methods 80 patients with kidney asthenia and liver depression type of insomnia treated in the hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was given Jieyu Anmian decoction,while observation group was treated with vitamin B1 tablet based on control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),adverse reactions before and after treatment in two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of control group(77.50%)was lower than observation group(95.00%)(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in the scores of PSQI and syndrome between the two groups;After treatment,the scores of PSQI and syndrome in control group were higher than observation group[(5.32±1.82)points,(12.12±3.07)points](P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(7.50%)and control group(5.00%)were compared,and there was no statistical difference.Conclusion Jieyu Anmian decoction combined with vitamin B1 tablet in treatment of kidney asthenia and liver depression type of insomnia is effective and safe,it can relieve clinical symptoms and improve sleep quality.
