摘  要:采用植物细胞常规染色体压片法对采自横断山区四个居群的隐瓣蝇子草(Silene gonosperma)进行染色体核型分析,结果表明:隐瓣蝇子草的四个居群数目都为48,基数都为12,所做的四个居群都为四倍体,核型不对称类型都为Stebbin′s-1A.上述隐瓣蝇子草的染色体数目和核型数据为首次报道;根据此结果初步讨论了隐瓣蝇子草生境和形态之间的关系以及隐瓣蝇子草的同源多倍化的问题.In this study using karyological and numerical taxonomic techniques to implicit Silene gonosperma collected from four populations in the Hengduan Mountains.The results show that:chromosome number of the four populations of Silene gonosperma is 48(2n),the basic chromosome number is 12(x),and all of the four populations are tetraploid.Nuclear asymmetric types are all Stebbin′s-1A.The chromosome number and karyotype of the Silene gonosperma were reported for the first time.We discussed the relationship between the habitat with morphology of the Silene gonosperma,and the homologous polyploidization of the Silene gonosperma also was discussed.
