摘  要:在工程车辆中,常用双作用油缸与液控单向阀组成液压支腿实现对工程车辆的支撑作用。在工程应用中,认为液压油是不可压缩的,液压支腿对车辆的支撑接近于刚性支撑。在某些工况下,车辆希望液压支腿提供柔性支撑,即液压支腿提供的支撑力在一定的范围。本文介绍一种简易方法,通过对原液压回路进行适当改造,增加蓄能器以实现液压支腿的自适应柔性支撑。Hydraulic outrigger assembled by double acting cylinder and pilot operated check valves is usually used to sustain engineering vehicles.In engineering industry,hydraulic oil is usually considered as incompressible,and the vehicles sustained by hydraulic outrigger are close to rigidity.On some conditions,hydraulic outrigger is supposed to be flexible by vehicles which means hydraulic outrigger can provide variable sustain force.A simple method which is adding an accumulator to make hydraulic outrigger be an adaptive flexible steady on the original hydraulic principle by appropriate alteration is introduced in this paper.
