六所军地综合医院护士对心理咨询认知度的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解综合医院护士对心理咨询的认知度及其影响因素,为提高护士心理健康水平和护理管理水平提供一定的参考。方法自编调查问卷,于2017年10月—11月采用分层随机按比例抽样法抽取江苏省内6所军地三级甲等综合医院的540名护士为调查对象进行调查。结果医院护士对心理咨询的认知度总分为(106.31±12.19)分,条目均分为(3.54±0.41)分;"功能"维度条目均分最高,为(4.22±0.47)分;"相关概念"维度条目均分最低,为(3.08±0.58)分;调查对象中63%的人希望管理者关注护士的心理健康;68%的人员希望能有心理学知识培训的机会;多元逐步回归分析显示医院护士对心理咨询认知度的影响因素为心理学培训情况、心理学相关资质、身份属性、性别、工龄、职称、职务(P<0.05)。结论综合医院护士对心理咨询的认知度有待提高,加强宣传和培训,提高咨询师的专业素养将有利于更好地保障和改善护士的心理健康水平。Objective To know about the comprehensive hospital nursing staffs'cognition on psychological counseling and influencing factors,and to provide reference for improving nursing staffs'mental health and nursing management level.Methods Authors using self-designed questionnaire investigated 540 nursing staffs from 6 comprehensive hospitals in Jiangsu Province From October to November 2017 by stratified random sampling method.Results The hospital nursing staffs'total cognition on psychological counseling was(106.31±12.19)points,and the score of single item was(3.54±0.41)points.The score of functional dimension's single item was the highest(4.22±0.47)points,while the score of related concepts’single item was the lowest(3.08±0.58)points.63%of the survey respondents hoped the managers concern about nurse's mental health;68%of them hope to have the opportunity to be trained in psychology knowledge;The results of multiple stepwise regression showed that the main influencing factors of cognition score were psychology training,psychology related qualifications,identity attributes,gender,length of service,job title and position(P<0.05).Conclusion Hospital nursing staffs'cognition on psychological counseling should be further improved.Strengthening publicity and training and improving the professional qualities of consultants can protect and improve the mental health of nursing staff more effectively.
