新时期优化农业科研档案资源的思考

摘　　要：农业科研档案是农业科学知识、技术、成果的主要存在形式,保存农业科研档案的目的在于今后利用。文章阐述了优化丰富农业科研档案的前景,分析了存量农业科研档案资源现状与制约其被充分利用的因素,提出了完善主体责任与协同保障措施、优化组织实施与保障机制、打造优质资源建设体系、重视构建可持续发展保障体系等优化农业科研档案资源的对策。Agricultural scientific research archives is the main form of existence of agricultural scientific knowledge,technology and achievements.The purpose of preserving agricultural scientific research archives is to use them in the future.The prospect of optimizing and enriching of agricultural scientific research archives was elaborated in the paper.Current status of agricultural scientific research archives resources and factors limited their fully usage were analyzed.Countermeasures for optimizing agricultural scientific research archives resources were put forward,i.e.,perfecting non-delegable and independent duty and collaborative supporting measures,optimizing organizing and implementation,setting up high quality resource construction system,and paying attention to constructing a sustainable supporting system.
