摘　　要：目的评价我院神经内科缺血性脑卒中患者的用药情况及合理性。方法采用药物利用评价(DUR)和药物利用评估(DUE)法对我院66例缺血性脑卒中患者的用药情况、诊断、治疗过程监测及临床治疗结果进行分析。结果 66例患者主要使用39种治疗药物,包括西药29种和中药注射剂10种,DUI <1的8种,DUI> 1的10种,DUI=1的21种。66例缺血性脑卒中患者入院后,均通过常规检测和检查进行诊断和评估,对治疗药物和ADR进行监测。结论联用DUR和DUE法可以更全面地评价缺血性脑卒中患者的用药情况,促进临床更加合理规范地治疗。Objective To evaluate the medication and its rationality for patients with ischemic stroke in Neurology Department of our hospital.Methods Drug utilization review(DUR)and drug utilization evaluation(DUE)were used to analyze the drug utilization,diagnosis,monitoring of therapeutic process and outcome of 66 patients with ischemic stroke in our hospital.Results Sixty-six patients mainly took 39 kinds of therapeutic drugs,including 29 kinds of Western medicine and 10 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections.There were 8 kinds of DUI<1,10 kinds of DUI>1 and 21 kinds of DUI=1.After admission,66 patients with ischemic stroke were diagnosed and evaluated by routine tests and examinations,and therapeutic drugs and ADR were monitored.Conclusion The combination of DUR and DUE can evaluate the medication situation of patients with ischemic stroke more comprehensively,which can promote the clinical treatment more reasonably and standardly.
