摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA模式对于提高药品库房缺药管理质量的影响。方法选取2016年9-12月未采用PDCA循环法的西药库房作为对照组,2017年1-4月进行PDCA循环管理后的西药库房作为观察组,观察两组不同管理模式下药品供应商的综合评分情况,包括配送药物的缺药频次、缺药持续时间、零配送频次及零配送率。比较两组药品缺药后的药房知晓度及临床对药品供应的满意度情况。结果观察组的供应商供应情况综合评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=17. 38,P <0. 05)。在PDCA模式后的库房缺药管理,其配送药物的缺药频次、零配送频次及零配送率均明显降低(P <0. 05),缺药持续时间有所缩短,但差异无统计学意义(P=1. 06)。药房对缺药情况的知晓率及临床对药品供应的满意度明显提高。结论 PDCA模式可以有效提高药品库房缺药管理质量,降低药品的缺药情况,提高临床对药品供应的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of PDCA circulation method on improving the quality of drug shortage management in hospital drug storeroom.Methods The drug storeroom which did not adopt PDCA circulation method from September to December 2016 were selected as control group,and those which were managed by PDCA circulation from January to April 2017 were selected as observation group.The comprehensive score of drug suppliers under two different management modes were observed,including the frequency of drug shortage,duration of drug shortage,f requency of zero distribution and rate of zero distribution.The pharmacy awareness and clinical satisfaction with drug supply after drug shortage were compared between the two groups.Results The comprehensive score of drug suppliers in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=17.38,P<0.05).After the PDCA circulation,the frequency of drug shortage,the frequency of zero distribution and the rate of zero distribution were significantly decreased(P<0.05);the duration of drug shortage was shortened,but the difference was not statistically significant(P=1.06).The awareness rate of the drug shortage in pharmacy and the clinical satisfaction with the drug supply were obviously improved.Conclusion PDCA circulation method can effectively improve the quality of drug shortage management in hospital drug storeroom,reduce the shortage of drug supply and improve clinical satisfaction with drug supply.
