摘　　要：目的建立《医院基本用药供应目录》评价指标体系,达到合理用药的目标。方法查阅国内外文献、相关政策,初步确定《医院基本用药供应目录》定量评价指标,用统计学分析方法确认量值的科学性,调取医院3年数据对量化指标结果进行分析。结果定量指标可通过《基本用药供应目录》药品调整率、《基本用药供应目录》外药品使用率和新药中辅助用药引进率3项指标来考察。定性指标可通过《基本用药供应目录》药品合理率指标来考察。结论通过建立《医院基本用药供应目录》评价指标并有效监管,可加强药品采购工作管理、提升药事管理水平,达到合理用药的目标。Objective To establish the index system of“Basic Drug Supply Catalog for Hospital”in order to achieve the ultimate goal of rational drug use.Methods The literatures and relevant policies at home and abroad were searched,and quantitative evaluation indexes of“Basic Drug Supply Catalog for Hospital”were determined primarily,and the scientific nature of measurable value was confirmed by statistical analysis method,then the hospital data within 3 years was analyzed.Results Quantitative indicators can be examined through three indicators,including the“Basic Drug Supply Catalogue”drug adjustment rate,the“basic drug supply catalogue”drug use rate as well as the introduction rate of auxiliary drugs in new drugs.Qualitative indicators can be examined through the“Basic Drug Supply Catalogue”drug rationality rate indicator.Conclusion Through the establishment of the evaluation index“Basic Drug Supply Catalogue of Hospital”and effective supervision,it can enhance the management of drug procurement,improve the management level of pharmaceuticals,and achieve the ultimate goal of rational drug use.
