摘　　要：目的调查并分析PICC贴膜处张力性损伤的发生情况及相关因素,为临床实践提供一定参考。方法采用自行编制的一般资料调查表及张力性损伤影响因素问卷,于2015年3月对在复旦大学附属肿瘤医院PICC门诊进行导管维护的5 444例患者进行调查。结果张力性损伤发生176例,发生率为3. 23%。导管置管部位、贴膜种类、贴膜内是否使用物品及维护护士专业年资对张力性损伤的发生有显著影响(P <0. 05)。结论加强护士相关知识和技能培训,对患者进行有效评估,针对性选择维护用品等措施可在一定程度上降低PICC置管患者贴膜处张力性损伤的发生率。Objective To investigate the incidence of tension injuries in the patients with arm peripherally inserted central catheter( PICC) and identify the influencing factors. Methods In March 2015,an investigation was conducted in 5 444 adult patients with arm PICC in Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center. The selfdesigned questionnaire was used. Results Among 5 444 patients with arm PICC,176 suffered from tension injury,with an incidence of 3. 23%. The catheter site,adhesive type,whether using dressing under adhesive or not and qualification of maintenance nurses were significantly associated with tension injuries( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Strengthened knowledge and skill training of nurses,the effective evaluation of patients,application of low tension adhesive could be helpful to prevent and reduce tension injuries in the patients with arm PICC.
